Dear buyers!

The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". Returning the seller's goods:
1. Fill out and sign the "Product return application" (this document is included in the order). Please note that when filling out an application for the return of an online order, you must specify the number of the bank card from which you paid for this order. If you don't fill out the application in advance, you can get an application form in the store and fill it out on the spot.
2. Return the product in the original packaging, with the tags, labels, and labels intact. Please note that through the store you can return both the entire order and any number of products from it (for example, only one). To do this, in the return application, you need to indicate exactly which product you are returning (its name, article number, price).
3. After returning the online order, the funds will be credited to the bank card from which the online order was paid for (delivery refunds are not available) within 5-7 days.
How to return goods purchased on the website or in the mobile application, Nova or UkrPoshta:
1. Fill out and sign the "Product return application" (this document is included in the order).
2. Pack the GOODS in the original packaging in a complete set (goods supplied in a set must also be returned), put in the packaging on top of the product: Application for return and Invoice for return (this document is also included in the order). If the return invoice was not in the box with the GOODS, send it without this document.
3. Send the goods by courier service.
4. Refunds are made within 30 days from the date of submission of the application (returns for delivery are not made). * When completing the "Application for return of goods", we ask you to check the authenticity of the data you entered (P.I.B., phone number, address, passport data, card number). Otherwise, it may complicate the refund procedure and increase the time for its implementation. ⟩⟩

The return of goods purchased in this way takes place within 14 calendar days from the day of his/her purchase and is carried out on the condition that such promotional goods are returned simultaneously. Refunds for delivery are made only in case of receipt of goods with defects. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns in the following cases:
- More than 14 days have passed since receiving the goods
- In the absence of a completed "Application for return of goods"
- In the case of an incomplete return package: the absence of the packaging in which the product was delivered, tags, labels, etc.
- If the goods were used
It is a pity, but we will not be able to issue a return on the list of goods that are not subject to return, defined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994. Replacement of a defective product If the product was purchased through the site or in a mobile application with a defect or the defect is detected during operation, the product can be returned in the following ways:
1. Return the product through a retail store Important! You can go to any retail store (with a receipt and goods).
1.1. In case of detection of defects during the established warranty period, the consumer has the right to: - a proportional price reduction; - free of charge elimination of product defects within a reasonable period of time; - reimbursement of costs for elimination of product defects.
1.2. If significant defects are detected during the established warranty period:
- termination of the contract and return of the money paid for the goods;
- to demand the replacement of the product with the same product or with a similar product from among those available at the seller (manufacturer). The responsible person of the store can give an assessment of the defect of the product and a decision on the possibility of return.
2. Through the carrier Nova Poshta or UkrPoshta


Before returning, you need to send a letter to e-mail with detailed information (photo of the defect, description of the defect and whether the product was used). Only after that will your request be considered and an answer to the letter provided.
